Description du poste

L'agence Services SFT recherche activement un(e) Infirmier(ère) d'expérience pour combler un besoin de pointe au sein de l'unité de Médecine-Chirurgie pour le secteur de la Côte-de-Gaspé.

Il s'agit d'un mandat contractuel solide à temps complet (37,5 h / semaine), idéal pour une ressource polyvalente souhaitant s'investir dans une belle équipe régionale au cœur de la Gaspésie.

  • Installation : CISSS de la Gaspésie – Secteur Côte-de-Gaspé
  • Département : Médecine-Chirurgie
  • Période de l'assignation : Du 3 novembre 2026 au 4 janvier 2027
  • Quart de travail : Rotation Jour/Soir/Nuit
  • Horaire : Temps complet (37.5 heures par semaine)

Vos responsabilités

  • Dispenser les soins infirmiers globaux et spécifiques aux patients hospitalisés en médecine-chirurgie.
  • Appliquer rigoureusement les procédures et les protocoles cliniques propres à l'unité de Med-Chir.
  • Assurer le suivi et la tenue rigoureuse des dossiers médicaux des usagers.
  • Prendre en charge les tâches administratives courantes liées aux processus d'admissions et de départs.

Exigences obligatoires

  • Minimum de 2 années d'expérience récente en unité de Médecine-Chirurgie.
  • Membre en règle de l'OIIQ (Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec).
  • Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) ou Baccalauréat (BAC) en sciences infirmières.
  • Certification RCR / SIR valide et à jour.
  • Permis de conduire valide (déplacements à prévoir dans la région).
