Nous recherchons un(e) infirmier(ère) clinicien(ne)/autorisé(e) possédant une solide expertise en milieu correctionnel pour combler un mandat ciblé à court terme au Centre de détention de Baie-Comeau. Joignez les équipes de la Manicouagan pour une mission unique et spécialisée !

Détails du mandat:

  • Installation : Centre de détention de Baie-Comeau
  • Date de début : 22 novembre 2026 (Demande planifiée à l'avance)
  • Date de fin : 28 novembre 2026 (Mandat court d'une semaine, sans possibilité de prolongation)
  • Quart de travail : Jour uniquement
  • Fin de semaine : Au besoin
  • Orientation : 2 jours complets d'orientation prévus et pris en charge à 100 % par l'agence.

Responsabilités:

  • Assurer la prise en charge infirmière, l'évaluation clinique et la distribution sécuritaire des médicaments auprès de la clientèle incarcérée.
  • Dispenser les soins de santé courants, traiter les urgences mineures et appliquer les protocoles cliniques propres au milieu de détention.
  • Évaluer l'état de santé physique et mental des personnes incarcérées lors des admissions ou des demandes de consultation.
  • Collaborer de manière étroite avec le personnel correctionnel et les professionnels de la santé afin de garantir un environnement de soins sécuritaire.
  • Respecter rigoureusement les protocoles de sécurité, de confidentialité et les directives institutionnelles du centre de détention.

Exigences:

  • Membre en règle de l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Expérience récente et pertinente obligatoirement requise en milieu de détention / correctionnel.
  • Fortes compétences en évaluation clinique, autonomie professionnelle et gestion des priorités.
  • Esprit d'équipe développé, diplomatie, fermeté et excellente gestion du stress en milieu fermé.
  • Réussite préalable des enquêtes de sécurité et d'antécédents judiciaires requises par l'établissement.
