Lieu : Chibougamau, Nord-du-Québec Installation : Centre de santé (CS) de Chibougamau Direction : Direction des soins infirmiers (DSI) Département : Obstétrique Type de poste : Contrat à temps complet – Temporaire de longue durée Période du mandat : Du 03 novembre 2026 au 03 août 2027 (Mandat de 9 mois) Quart de travail : Soir/Nuit Type d'horaire : Rythme atypique en 7/7 (7 quarts de 12 heures consécutifs suivis de 7 jours de congé), de 18 h 00 à 06 h 21. Temps de repas : 1 h 40 par quart. Garde : Non.

📌 À propos du poste

La DSI recherche activement une infirmier(ère) spécialisée ou expérimentée en pratique périnatale pour un mandat de 9 mois basé au Centre de santé de Chibougamau. Intégré(e) au département d'Obstétrique, vous assurerez des soins sécuritaires et bienveillants aux futures mamans et aux nouveau-nés. La formule horaire en 7/7 de 12 heures est idéale pour concilier une pratique clinique intensive et de longs blocs de repos à la maison.

🎯 Vos principales responsabilités

  • Assurer la prise en charge globale des patientes lors des phases de pré-partum, per-partum (accouchement) et post-partum.
  • Surveiller l'évolution du travail, le bien-être fœtal et assister l'équipe médicale lors des accouchements.
  • Dispenser les soins postnataux immédiats à la mère et au nouveau-né.
  • Participer activement à la promotion de l'allaitement maternel et guider les parents dans les premiers soins du nourrisson.
  • Intervenir rapidement et avec un excellent jugement clinique en cas d'urgence obstétricale ou néonatale.

📋 Exigences du profil

  • Ordre professionnel : Membre en règle de l’OIIQ.
  • Expérience : Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience spécifique et récente en obstétrique (maîtrise du pré, per et post-partum).
  • Atouts majeurs : Détenir les certifications NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) et AMPRO (Approche multidisciplinaire en prévention des risques obstétricaux).
  • Logistique : Permis de conduire valide ET accès à un véhicule automobile obligatoires.
  • Orientation : 1 journée d'orientation obligatoire prévue le 02 novembre 2026.
