Chez Services SFT, nous connectons les professionnels de la santé d'élite avec les plus beaux défis partout au Québec. Nous offrons des conditions de pratique exceptionnelles, une logistique clé en main (transport et hébergement) et un accompagnement humain à chaque étape de vos mandats en région.

Nous recherchons actuellement une perle rare pour un mandat spécialisé d'une durée de 6 semaines dans la magnifique région de Sept-Îles. Venez prêter main-forte à une équipe dévouée et faire une réelle différence auprès des patients en oncologie.

Détails du mandat:

  • Installation : Oncologie-Hématologie de Sept-Îles
  • Date de début : 1er novembre 2026
  • Date de fin : 12 décembre 2026 (Aucune possibilité de prolongation)
  • Quart de travail : Jour uniquement
  • Fin de semaine : Aucune (Profitez pleinement de vos week-ends pour découvrir la Côte-Nord !)
  • Orientation : 5 jours complets prévus et pris en charge à 100 % par l'agence.

Responsabilités:

  • Assurer la prise en charge et le suivi clinique des patients atteints de pathologies oncologiques et hématologiques.
  • Administrer de façon sécuritaire les protocoles de traitements spécifiques (chimiothérapie, immunothérapie, transfusions, etc.) selon les ordonnances médicales.
  • Surveiller l’apparition des effets secondaires et intervenir rapidement en cas de complications cliniques.
  • Offrir un soutien psychologique et un enseignement rigoureux aux patients ainsi qu'à leurs proches tout au long de leur parcours de soins.
  • Collaborer activement avec l’équipe interdisciplinaire (oncologues, pharmaciens, pivots) de l'installation de Sept-Îles.

Exigences:

  • Membre en règle de l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Formation spécialisée en oncologie obligatoire (ex: administration de la chimiothérapie, gestion des voies centrales).
  • Expérience clinique récente et pertinente dans un service d’oncologie ou de soins ambulatoires spécialisés.
  • Sens des responsabilités aiguisé, rigueur scientifique et approche empathique auprès d'une clientèle vulnérable.
  • Capacité à s'intégrer rapidement et de manière autonome au sein d'une nouvelle équipe de soins.
