Lieu : Baie-Comeau, Territoire de la Manicouagan, Côte-Nord, Québec Installation principale : Unité de psychiatrie interne de Baie-Comeau Type de poste : Contrat à temps complet – Temporaire (Recrutement d'extrême urgence) Période du mandat : Du 19 octobre 2026 au 01 février 2027 (sans possibilité de prolongation) Quart de travail : Rotation Jour / Soir / Nuit Fin de semaine : Au besoin

📌 À propos du poste

Il s'agit d'une sollicitation de dernière minute (début immédiat) pour l'unité de psychiatrie interne de Baie-Comeau. Nous recherchons de toute urgence un(e) Infirmier(ère) (2471) spécialisé(e) ou doté(e) d'une solide expérience en santé mentale.

Au sein de cette unité spécialisée, vous assurerez la prise en charge globale, le suivi clinique et l'accompagnement sécuritaire de patients hospitalisés présentant des troubles psychiatriques aigus ou en phase de stabilisation.

🎯 Vos principales responsabilités

  • Évaluer l'état mental, l'histoire de santé et le comportement des patients admis au service de psychiatrie.
  • Planifier, dispenser et évaluer les soins infirmiers requis selon les plans de traitement psychiatriques.
  • Administrer et assurer le suivi rigoureux de la médication psychotrope et déceler les effets secondaires potentiels.
  • Intervenir efficacement lors de situations de crise, d'agitation ou de désorganisation clinique en appliquant les techniques de désescalade.
  • Collaborer de manière étroite avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire (psychiatres, psychologues, travailleurs sociaux, intervenants).

📋 Exigences :

  • Expérience requise : Posséder une expérience pratique et pertinente en milieu de psychiatrie ou de santé mentale.
  • Formation obligatoire : Détenir obligatoirement la formation Oméga à jour (gestion des comportements agressifs).
  • Ordre professionnel : Membre en règle de l’OIIQ.
  • Disponibilité : Prise de poste immédiate requise avec flexibilité pour couvrir les différents quarts de travail et les fins de semaine au besoin.
  • Orientation : Un bloc de 2 jours d'orientation (à la charge de l'agence) est prévu pour votre intégration.
