Nous recherchons d'urgence une infirmière ou un infirmier clinicien/autorisé prêt(e) à relever un mandat de longue durée au sein d'une équipe dynamique à l'Urgence de Baie-Comeau. Venez prêter main-forte dans la belle région de la Manicouagan et vivez une immersion unique sur la Côte-Nord !

Détails du mandat:

  • Installation : Urgence de Baie-Comeau
  • Date de début : Urgent – Entrée en poste immédiate (le besoin a débuté le 19 octobre 2026)
  • Date de fin : 31 mars 2027 (Aucune possibilité de prolongation)
  • Quarts de travail : Rotation Jour/Soir/Nuit
  • Fin de semaine : Au besoin
  • Orientation : 2 jours complets d'orientation prévus et pris en charge à 100 % par l'agence.

Responsabilités:

  • Assurer la prise en charge rapide, le triage et les soins infirmiers critiques des patients se présentant à l'urgence.
  • Évaluer l'état de santé des patients, identifier les situations de crise et appliquer les protocoles de réanimation nécessaires.
  • Effectuer le monitorage cardiaque continu, interpréter les tracés et intervenir face aux anomalies rythmiques.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les urgentologues et l'équipe interdisciplinaire pour optimiser les trajectoires de soins.
  • Répondre aux exigences cliniques élevées de l'urgence avec rigueur, professionnalisme et efficacité.

Exigences:

  • Membre en règle de l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Formation ETG (Échelle de triage et de gravité) obligatoire.
  • Formation complétée en rythmologie obligatoire.
  • Expérience récente et solide en milieu d'urgence ou en soins critiques.
  • Excellente gestion du stress, esprit d'équipe développé et grande capacité d'adaptation à la rotation des quarts de travail.
