Nous recherchons d'urgence une infirmière ou un infirmier clinicien/autorisé de haut niveau en soins critiques pour combler un mandat d'un mois au CISSS de la Gaspésie – Centre hospitalier de Gaspé. Venez prêter main-forte à l'équipe de l'Urgence durant la période des Fêtes et de l'hiver, et découvrez l'accueil légendaire de la Gaspésie !

Détails du mandat

  • Installation : Centre hospitalier de Gaspé (CISSS de la Gaspésie)
  • Départements : Urgence et Soins Intensifs (Civière urgence, triage, salle de réanimation, salle d'ambulatoire)
  • Date de début du mandat : 28 décembre 2026
  • Date de fin du mandat : 25 janvier 2027 (Mandat ciblé d'un mois)
  • Quarts de travail : Rotation Soir / Nuit obligatoire

Responsabilités

  • Assurer la prise en charge rapide, le monitorage et les soins intensifs des patients instables aux civières ou en salle d'ambulatoire.
  • Effectuer le triage des urgences (Échelle ETG) de manière rigoureuse pour prioriser les soins.
  • Intervenir immédiatement en salle de réanimation (Réa) lors des urgences critiques, arrêts cardiorespiratoires ou traumas.
  • Administrer les protocoles de médications d'urgence, gérer les accès vasculaires complexes et monitorer l'équipement de support de vie.
  • Collaborer de manière étroite avec l’équipe médicale et interdisciplinaire pour stabiliser et orienter les patients.

Exigences

  • Membre en règle de l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience obligatoire en soins critiques (Urgence et/ou Soins intensifs).
  • Maîtrise complète requise du triage et de la salle de réanimation (Réa).
  • Certification RCR à jour.
  • Permis de conduire valide.
  • Documents obligatoires à fournir au dossier : CV à jour, Diplôme, Permis OIIQ et Plumitif valide.
