Lieu : Maria, Gaspésie, Québec Installation : Centre hospitalier (CH) de Maria – CISSS de la Gaspésie Secteur : Unité de Médecine-Chirurgie Type de poste : Contrat à temps complet – Temporaire de courte durée (37,5 heures / semaine) Période du mandat : Du 21 octobre au 31 octobre 2026 (Mandat prioritaire de 10 jours) Quart de travail : Rotation Jour / Soir / Nuit

📌 À propos du poste

Le CISSS de la Gaspésie sollicite notre aide en urgence pour un besoin à combler dès aujourd'hui au sein de son unité de Médecine-Chirurgie au CH Maria.

Nous recherchons un(e) infirmier(ère) polyvalent(e) et autonome, capable de s'intégrer rapidement pour prêter main-forte à l'équipe clinique. L'unité prend en charge un volume de 26 patients et exige une bonne gestion des priorités ainsi qu'une excellente rigueur professionnelle.

🎯 Vos principales responsabilités

  • Dispenser les soins infirmiers complets (évaluations, suivis, pansements, administration sécuritaire de la médication) aux patients hospitalisés en médecine active ou chirurgie.
  • Assurer la surveillance clinique continue des usagers et réagir rapidement face aux changements de leur état de santé.
  • Collaborer de manière étroite avec l'équipe multidisciplinaire et le personnel médical de l'unité.
  • Planifier et coordonner les congés et les transferts de patients.
  • Assurer des transmissions de dossiers de haute qualité lors des changements de quarts (Jour/Soir/Nuit).

📋 Exigences

  • Expérience requise : Posséder un minimum d’un (1) an d’expérience récente en unité de médecine au sein d'un centre hospitalier.
  • Ordre professionnel : Être membre en règle de l’OIIQ.
  • Flexibilité : Être entièrement disponible pour couvrir un horaire à temps complet sur les trois quarts de travail (Jour, Soir et Nuit).
