Infirmier(ère) — Psychiatrie Interne (Mandat de 3 mois) à Baie-Comeau | Côte-Nord

Description du poste

Services SFT, agence partenaire de confiance en dotation santé, recrute activement un(e) Infirmier(ère) spécialisé(e) pour combler une affectation contractuelle de trois (3) mois sur le territoire de la Manicouagan. Le mandat est basé à l'installation de la Psychiatrie interne de Baie-Comeau.

En tant qu'infirmier(ère) en psychiatrie, vous assurerez l'évaluation clinique, le suivi thérapeutique et la gestion des plans de soins des usagers hospitalisés en santé mentale, au sein d'une équipe interdisciplinaire dédiée.

Conditions et horaire de travail

  • Période du mandat : Du 15 novembre 2026 au 16 février 2027 (durée ferme de 3 mois, sans possibilité de prolongation).
  • Structure des quarts : Flexibilité requise sur la rotation Jour / Soir / Nuit.
  • Contraintes de service : Disponibilité à travailler les fins de semaine au besoin.
  • Temps d'orientation : 2 jours d'orientation obligatoires prévus au frais de l'agence avant l'intégration clinique.

Qualifications et exigences requises

Pour que votre dossier de conformité clinique soit validé par l'établissement, vous devez répondre aux critères stricts suivants :

  • Statut professionnel : Membre en règle actif de l’Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Formation obligatoire : Certification à jour de la formation Oméga (gestion des comportements agressifs).
  • Expérience clinique : Expérience pertinente et récente exigée en milieu de psychiatrie ou santé mentale.
