Nous recherchons d'urgence une infirmière ou un infirmier clinicien/autorisé pour combler un mandat de moyenne durée au Centre de santé de Lebel, à Lebel-sur-Quévillon (Nord-du-Québec). Joignez la Direction des soins infirmiers (DSI) pour un rôle clé combinant la médecine générale et l'urgence de première ligne.

  • Date de fin du mandat : 12 février 2027 (Mandat de 3 mois stable)
  • Horaire : 10 quarts par quinzaine – Rotation Jour/Soir (Jour : 7 h 45 - 16 h 00 | Soir : 15 h 45 - 00 h 00)
  • Temps de repas : 45 minutes
  • Garde : Disponibilité pour la garde obligatoire
  • Orientation : Journées d'orientation complètes prévues et prises en charge à 100 % par l'agence.

Responsabilités

  • Assurer la prise en charge, l'évaluation et la stabilisation des patients se présentant à l'urgence ainsi que le triage rigoureux des priorités.
  • Dispenser les soins infirmiers requis aux patients hospitalisés en unité de médecine de courte durée.
  • Effectuer la surveillance clinique continue, administrer la médication et appliquer les protocoles de soins d'urgence et critiques.
  • Répondre aux appels de garde selon l'horaire établi pour couvrir les besoins urgents du secteur.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe médicale locale et interdisciplinaire pour assurer la sécurité des soins.
  • Documenter de manière exhaustive et informatisée les dossiers cliniques des patients.

Exigences

  • Membre en règle de l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience obligatoire en soins critiques / urgence.
  • Formation obligatoire en triage complétée et expérience solide au triage requise.
  • Maîtrise obligatoire des systèmes cliniques suivants : DCI, SILP et MedUrge.
  • Permis de conduire valide et véhicule automobile requis pour assurer la garde et les déplacements liés au mandat.
  • Excellente gestion du stress, adaptabilité exemplaire pour naviguer entre l'urgence et la médecine, et grande autonomie.
