Description du poste

L'agence Services SFT est à la recherche d'un(e) Inhalothérapeute d'expérience et hautement autonome pour combler des quarts de travail cruciaux à l'Hôpital de Lachute pour la période de décembre 2026 à janvier 2027.

Puisque vous serez la seule ressource en inhalothérapie sur place durant vos quarts, ce mandat s'adresse à un(e) professionnel(le) chevronné(e), capable de prendre des décisions cliniques rapides et de naviguer avec assurance dans un environnement de soins critiques.

Vos responsabilités

  • Assurer une couverture complète et autonome de l'urgence et des soins généraux à l'étage.
  • Prendre en charge l'évaluation, le traitement et le suivi respiratoire des patients.
  • Intervenir efficacement lors des situations d'urgence (codes, réanimations, transferts).
  • Assurer la gestion des gardes à découvert selon le calendrier établi.

Quarts de travail à combler

  • JOUR (8h00 à 16h15) : 1, 2, 3, 4 décembre | 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 janvier (Gardes : 30, 31 décembre)
  • SOIR (16h00 à 00h15) : 5, 19, 21, 23, 29, 30, 31 décembre | 1, 2, 3, 16, 18, 20 janvier (Gardes : 4, 16, 18, 31 décembre | 5, 15 janvier)
  • NUIT (00h00 à 8h15) : 1er décembre | 22, 23, 24 janvier

Exigences du poste

  • Membre en règle de l'OPIQ (Ordre des inhalothérapeutes du Québec).
  • Autonomie clinique complète obligatoire (seul(e) sur place durant le quart).
  • Expérience solide et récente à l'urgence et en soins généraux hospitaliers.
  • Certification RCR / SIR à jour.
