Description du poste

Services SFT, agence de placement de premier plan en santé, recrute activement un(e) Inhalothérapeute d'expérience pour combler des mandats d'envergure au sein d'une installation hospitalière d'importance située à Rimouski (Département : Inhalothérapie , sous la gestion d'Isabelle Duchesne).

Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) polyvalent(e), autonome et rigoureux(se) pour prêter main-forte aux équipes cliniques sur place.

⭐ IMPORTANT : Bien que les ressources prêtes à prendre un mandat complet soient priorisées, ces besoins majeurs peuvent être fractionnés entre deux (2) ressources selon vos disponibilités.

Vos Responsabilités et Unités de Pratique

Vous serez appelé(e) à intervenir avec agilité et professionnalisme sur l'ensemble des plateaux techniques et unités de l'installation :

  • Unités de soins généraux (Étages)
  • Urgence
  • Soins Intensifs
  • Pédiatrie
  • Unité néonatale et Salle d'accouchement
  • Transferts ambulanciers (un atout majeur)

Profil recherché

  • Permis d'exercice : Être membre en règle et actif de l’Ordre des inhalothérapeutes du Québec (OPIQ).
  • Certifications requises :
  • RCR (Réanimation cardiorespiratoire) à jour.
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) à jour et valide.
  • Aptitudes : Excellente capacité d’adaptation aux environnements de soins critiques, esprit d’équipe développé et sens de l’urgence.

Détails des conditions de travail et des besoins

  • Lieu du mandat : Installation hospitalière – Rimouski.
  • Durée des quarts : 7,5 heures payées par quart (quarts de 8h15 comprenant une pause repas non payée de 45 minutes).
  • Orientation : Prévoir une période d'orientation rémunérée (de 1 à 2 quarts selon le mandat attribué) avant le début officiel des activités cliniques.

  • Décembre 2026 : 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 28, 29, 30, 31
  • Janvier 2027 : 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29
  • Février 2027 : 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

Option B : Mandat de JOUR (8 h 00 à 16 h 15) — Profil de renfort

(Orientation requise : 2 quarts)

  • Novembre 2026 : 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 30
  • Décembre 2026 : 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 28, 29, 30, 31
  • Janvier 2027 : 1, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, 29

Option C : Mandat de Rotation Flexible (Jour / Soir / Nuit)

(Orientation requise : 1 quart)

  • Quarts de JOUR (8 h 00 à 16 h 15) :
  • Novembre 2026 : 16, 17, 19, 24
  • Décembre 2026 : 2, 3, 7, 9, 19, 20, 21, 22, 30, 31
  • Janvier 2027 : 2, 5, 6, 7
  • Quarts de SOIR (16 h 00 à 0 h 15) :
  • Novembre 2026 : 17
  • Décembre 2026 : 7, 11, 12, 13, 15, 31
  • Janvier 2027 : 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7
  • Quarts de NUIT (0 h 00 à 8 h 15) :
  • Décembre 2026 : 8, 13, 14, 15, 22
