Nous recherchons d'urgence un(e) physiothérapeute passionné(e) par l'autonomie clinique pour combler un mandat de longue durée au sein du service de Soins à domicile de Baie-Comeau. Venez prêter main-forte dans la magnifique région de la Manicouagan et faites une réelle différence au cœur du milieu de vie des usagers sur la Côte-Nord !

Détails du mandat :

  • Installation : Soins à domicile de Baie-Comeau
  • Date de début : Urgent – Entrée en poste immédiate (le besoin a débuté le 19 octobre 2026)
  • Date de fin : 31 mars 2027 (Aucune possibilité de prolongation)
  • Quart de travail : Jour uniquement
  • Fin de semaine : Au besoin
  • Orientation : 3 jours complets d'orientation prévus et pris en charge à 100 % par l'agence.

Responsabilités:

  • Évaluer l'état de santé fonctionnel, les capacités physiques et l'environnement de vie des usagers directement à leur domicile.
  • Établir des objectifs de réadaptation et concevoir des plans de traitement personnalisés (perte d'autonomie, post-chirurgie, troubles neurologiques, gériatrie).
  • Dispenser les interventions et traitements de physiothérapie tout en guidant les usagers et leurs proches aidants vers l'autonomie.
  • Recommander les aides techniques requises et les adaptations domiciliaires nécessaires pour maximiser la sécurité et prévenir les chutes.
  • Collaborer activement avec l’équipe interdisciplinaire du soutien à domicile (SAD) : infirmières, ergothérapeutes, travailleuses sociales et ASSS.

Exigences:

  • Membre en règle de l'Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec (OPPQ).
  • Détenir un diplôme universitaire de premier ou deuxième cycle en physiothérapie.
  • Expérience en soutien à domicile ou auprès d'une clientèle gériatrique (un fort atout).
  • Grand sens de l'organisation, rigueur professionnelle et habileté à travailler de manière autonome.
  • Permis de conduire valide et voiture requise pour effectuer les déplacements professionnels sur le territoire.
