Lieu : Matagami, Nord-du-Québec Installation : Centre de santé (CS) Isle-Dieu Direction : Direction des programmes sociaux (DPS) Départements : Médecine/courte durée & Milieu de vie-CHSLD Type de poste : Contrat à temps complet – Temporaire (2 besoins identiques) Période du mandat : Du 28 octobre 2026 au 27 janvier 2027 Quart de travail : Soir/Nuit Type d'horaire : Rythme atypique en 7/7 (7 quarts de 12 heures consécutifs), de 18 h 00 à 06 h 00. Temps de repas : 1 h 38 par quart.

📌 À propos du poste

La DPS recherche activement deux (2) PAB pour des mandats de 3 mois au CS Isle-Dieu. Ce poste offre une pratique variée en alternant entre l'unité de Médecine/courte durée et le milieu de vie CHSLD. L'établissement accorde une priorité absolue aux profils capables de combler le besoin en entier.

🎯 Vos principales responsabilités

  • Donner des soins de confort, d’hygiène et une assistance physique aux usagers et résidents.
  • Veiller à la sécurité des patients durant les quarts de soir et de nuit.
  • Collaborer de près avec l'équipe infirmière en médecine et en soins prolongés.
  • Participer activement au maintien d'un milieu de vie propre et sécuritaire.

📋 Exigences

  • Expérience : Minimum d'un (1) an d'expérience récente en médecine ET en CHSLD.
  • Logistique : Permis de conduire valide ET véhicule automobile obligatoires.
  • Orientation : Période d'intégration prévue au début du mandat (dates à confirmer).
