The posting

Nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste SharePoint sénior pour un mandat auprès d’un organisme public québécois. Vous soutiendrez les équipes dans la création et la gestion de sites web collaboratifs, de flux de travail, de listes, de groupes et d’autres fonctionnalités SharePoint, en mettant à profit vos compétences en développement web et en administration de systèmes.

Conditions du mandat

  • Durée : mandat de longue durée, début prévu en décembre 2026
  • Horaire : 35 h/semaine, du lundi au vendredi (entre 7 h 30 et 18 h)
  • Mode hybride : minimum 3 jours/semaine au bureau à Montréal ; télétravail au Québec uniquement
  • Langue de travail : français

Responsabilités

  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des architectures d’information d’entreprise (solutions de site, modèles de site, types de contenu, propriétés gérées)
  • Élaborer et implanter des stratégies de taxonomie et de gouvernance
  • Élaborer et implanter des modèles de sécurité et d’authentification SharePoint, en collaboration avec l’équipe de sécurité
  • Participer à la définition et à la documentation de stratégies de migration vers SharePoint Online
  • Réaliser des preuves de concept de migration
  • Assurer la gestion de la performance et de la capacité
  • Protéger et récupérer les données dans un environnement SharePoint Online
  • Créer des sites et déployer des applications dans SharePoint et Azure
  • Produire la documentation d’architecture et toute autre documentation liée aux tâches

Exigences

  • Baccalauréat en informatique ou en administration (scolarité manquante compensable par 6 années d’expérience pertinente supplémentaires)
  • Minimum 10 années d’expérience en TI (développement, entretien ou évolution de systèmes), dont au moins 5 ans comme analyste-développeur SharePoint
  • Au cours des 10 dernières années :
  • au moins 2 mandats d’envergure (environ 1 an chacun) d’implantation et de création d’un nouveau SharePoint dans une organisation
  • au moins 1 mandat d’envergure (environ 1 an) d’entretien et de modification d’un SharePoint
  • Maîtrise du français, à l’écrit et à l’oral
  • Connaissance des méthodes et outils agiles (mêlée quotidienne, histoires utilisateur, revue et rétrospective, Azure DevOps)
  • Bonne maîtrise de la suite Office
  • Autonomie, esprit d’équipe, capacité de vulgarisation et excellentes aptitudes en communication
  • Diplôme reconnu au Québec ou au Canada (diplôme obtenu hors Canada : évaluation comparative du MIFI requise)
