📌 À propos du poste

Il s'agit d'une sollicitation de dernière minute (début immédiat) pour le service de la Direction de la protection de la jeunesse (DPJ) de Havre-St-Pierre. Nous recherchons de toute urgence un(e) Technicien(ne) en travail social (2586) pour le programme de l'Application des mesures.

Intégré(e) au cœur de la magnifique région de la Minganie, vous jouerez un rôle de première ligne essentiel en assurant le suivi psychosocial des mineurs et de leur famille, dans le respect des ordonnances de la Loi sur la protection de la jeunesse (LPJ).

🎯 Vos principales responsabilités

  • Appliquer les mesures de protection de la jeunesse, qu’elles soient volontaires ou ordonnées par le tribunal.
  • Assurer l'accompagnement, le soutien et le suivi psychosocial des enfants, des adolescents et de leurs parents.
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre les plans d'intervention individualisés axés sur la sécurité et le développement des jeunes.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires scolaires, médicaux et les organismes communautaires de la Minganie.
  • Rédiger les notes évolutives, les rapports de révision et documenter rigoureusement les dossiers cliniques.

📋 Exigences

  • Expérience requise : Posséder une expérience de travail obligatoire et significative au sein de la DPJ (connaissance des mécanismes de la LPJ).
  • Logistique : Accès à une voiture personnelle obligatoire pour assurer les déplacements fréquents liés aux interventions dans le milieu.
  • Disponibilité : Prise de poste immédiate requise.
  • Orientation : Un bloc d'intégration de 3 jours d'orientation (à la charge de l'agence) est prévu pour faciliter votre entrée en fonction.
