📌 À propos du poste

Nous coordonnons un besoin urgent pour le compte de la Direction de la protection de la jeunesse (DPJ) au Nunavik. Nous recherchons un(e) Travailleur(se) social(e) pour combler le mandat de l'Application des mesures à Puvirnituq.

Ce rôle de première ligne au sein des communautés nordiques demande une grande autonomie professionnelle et une solide capacité d'adaptation. Une opportunité unique de mettre votre expertise psychosociale au service d'une réalité interculturelle enrichissante.

🎯 Vos principales responsabilités

  • Assurer l'application des mesures d'aide et de protection ordonnées par le tribunal ou convenues par accord de mesures volontaires.
  • Évaluer la situation des enfants et des adolescents afin de veiller à la sécurité et au développement des jeunes suivis.
  • Élaborer, réviser et réajuster les plans d'intervention en étroite collaboration avec les familles, les proches et les partenaires communautaires.
  • Rédiger les rapports psychosociaux et assurer le suivi rigoureux des dossiers selon les normes de la LPJ.
  • Travailler dans un contexte bilingue au quotidien avec une clientèle majoritairement anglophone ou allophone.

📋 Exigences

  • Ordre professionnel : Inscription valide et active à l’Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ).
  • Langues : Bilinguisme avancé requis. Des pénalités pécuniaires strictes s'appliquent à l'agence si la ressource retenue n'est pas fonctionnelle en anglais.
  • Disponibilité : Être disponible de manière continue pour toute la durée complète du mandat.
