In november opent Solutions by Angie een nieuw kantoor in De Panne. Daarvoor zoeken we een collega die mee structuur brengt in de dagelijkse werking en ondersteuning biedt bij recruitment, communicatie en research. Je start in een coördinerende en ondersteunende rol. Je hoeft nog geen recruiter te zijn: interesse in mensen, talent en ondernemerschap vinden we belangrijker. Je krijgt de ruimte om bij te leren, initiatief te nemen en op termijn meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig denkniveau. Je denkt logisch, legt snel verbanden en zoekt graag dingen uit.
  • Communiceer je vlot en professioneel, met zeer goed Nederlands en een vlotte kennis van het Engels.
  • Ben je digitaal vaardig en leer je nieuwe tools snel kennen.
  • Werk je nauwkeurig, stel je prioriteiten en houd je overzicht.
  • Neem je initiatief en denk je mee.
  • Heb je gevoel voor communicatie en social media.
  • Ga je discreet en betrouwbaar om met informatie.
  • Hou je van afwisseling en kun je schakelen tussen verschillende taken.
  • Ervaring in recruitment is geen vereiste . Nieuwsgierigheid, betrokkenheid en de motivatie om bij te leren tellen voor ons zwaar mee.
