Descrição da vaga:

O(a) Analista Sênior de Contabilidade será responsável por desempenhar um papel essencial no suporte a processos globais, controles e programas de conformidade da empresa. O candidato ideal será proativo, com sólida experiência técnica e operacional em contabilidade, e um elevado padrão ético. Esta posição requer capacidade de identificar e resolver questões relacionadas a processos e controles contábeis, colaborando com equipes internacionais para promover melhorias e garantir excelência operacional.

Requisitos: -Graduação em Contabilidade ou Finanças (CPA/CA é um diferencial). -Conhecimento avançado em IFRS e/ou GAAP (regras contábeis). -Experiência com balanço contábil. -Experiência com sistemas financeiros, como Microsoft D365 ou similares. -Proficiência no pacote Microsoft Office, com ênfase em Excel. -Habilidades analíticas para interpretar dados financeiros e identificar tendências. -Atenção aos detalhes e precisão na gestão de registros contábeis. -Experiência em empresas significativas de mercado, com atuação global/latam (multinacionais). -Espanhol e inglês intermediário (contato por escrita). - Atuação com a América Latina.

Descrição das atividades:

Garantir a precisão e pontualidade de todos os relatórios financeiros, incluindo balanço patrimonial, demonstração de resultados, fluxo de caixa e outros relatórios relevantes. Realizar revisões de balanço patrimonial para assegurar a qualidade e a tempestividade dos procedimentos em conformidade com as políticas contábeis da empresa. Auxiliar na preparação de pacotes de relatórios exigidos, para atender às necessidades de relatórios financeiros corporativos e regulamentações legais. Executar tarefas diárias como a preparação de lançamentos contábeis, manutenção de livros razão e processos de fechamento mensal. Apoiar as atividades mensais de Tesouraria e contabilidade de caixa. Colaborar com auditores externos durante o processo de auditoria. Manter documentação adequada dos processos contábeis e registros. Monitorar e analisar tendências financeiras para identificar riscos ou oportunidades potenciais. Interagir com partes interessadas de diferentes departamentos para obter informações necessárias e resolver questões relacionadas a assuntos contábeis. Auxiliar no cumprimento das exigências regulatórias locais relativas à conformidade tributária, leis trabalhistas e governança corporativa. Apoiar a implementação e a manutenção futura de softwares de reconciliação, quando necessário. Dar suporte à equipe de Controladoria Global na implementação e manutenção de controles financeiros internos, procedimentos e planos de remediação.

Remuneração:

R$8.000,00 até R$10.000,00

Bônus:

2 salários de bônus
