Responsabilidades:

  • Gestão de Talentos: Desenvolver e implementar estratégias eficazes de recrutamento, seleção e retenção de talentos, garantindo a atração e manutenção de profissionais de alta qualidade.
  • Treinamento e Desenvolvimento: Coordenar programas de treinamento e desenvolvimento, identificando necessidades de capacitação e promovendo o crescimento profissional dos colaboradores.
  • Cargos e Salários: Desenvolver planos de cargos e salários para a organização.
  • Desenvolvimento Organizacional: Implementar iniciativas para a melhoria contínua dos processos organizacionais e desenvolvimento das equipes, alinhando-os aos objetivos estratégicos da empresa.
  • Avaliação de Desempenho: Gerenciar processos de avaliação de desempenho, incluindo feedback contínuo, desenvolvimento de planos de melhoria e reconhecimento de altos desempenhos.
  • Gestão de Conflitos: Atuar como mediador em conflitos internos, promovendo resolução efetiva e justa, além de fomentar um ambiente de trabalho harmonioso.
  • Cultura Organizacional: Promover e manter uma cultura organizacional positiva, alinhada aos valores e objetivos da empresa, incentivando a comunicação aberta e o trabalho em equipe.
  • Engajamento e Comunicação Interna: Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de comunicação interna e programas de engajamento que incentivem a participação ativa e o envolvimento dos colaboradores.
  • Saúde e Bem-estar: Coordenar iniciativas de saúde e bem-estar, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho saudável e seguro para todos.

Qualificações:

  • Formação Acadêmica: Graduação em Psicologia.
  • Competências Técnicas: Conhecimento profundo das melhores práticas de RH, plataformas de recrutamento, ferramentas de gestão, testes de perfil, habilidades com vagas de Tecnologia, e metodologias de recrutamento e seleção.
  • Habilidades Interpessoais: Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, negociação e mediação, com capacidade de construir relacionamentos eficazes em todos os níveis da organização.
  • Pensamento Estratégico: Capacidade de desenvolver e alinhar iniciativas de RH com os objetivos estratégicos da empresa.
  • Liderança: Habilidades comprovadas em liderança e gestão de equipe, com foco em desenvolvimento de talentos e cultura organizacional.
  • Gestão de Projetos: Capacidade de lidar com diversos projetos de Recursos Humanos simultaneamente.
