Analista de Relacionamento e Experiência da Paciente

CONTEXTO CLÍNICO

  • Clínica dermatológica de alto padrão localizada no Itaim Bibi, com mais de duas décadas de atuação consolidada.
  • Posicionamento de dermatologia integral: científica, regenerativa e estética, com abordagem humanizada e individualizada.
  • Atendimento de paciente premium, com forte cultura de relacionamento de longo prazo e fidelização.

OBJETIVO DA VAGA

Apoiar a coordenação da clínica nas atividades de relacionamento e experiência da paciente, com foco em cuidado humanizado, organização operacional e excelência no atendimento. A profissional será a referência da paciente no turno noturno, assumindo a apresentação da proposta de cuidado após as 19h e contribuindo para que cada paciente seja recebida com o mesmo padrão de atenção que recebe dentro da sala da médica.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

Relacionamento e Experiência da Paciente

  • Receber, acolher e orientar pacientes com cordialidade e padrão compatível com o posicionamento da clínica.
  • Conduzir, com sensibilidade e clareza, a apresentação da proposta de cuidado às pacientes após a consulta médica.
  • Realizar agendamentos de consultas, procedimentos e retornos para os paciente da clínica.
  • Acompanhar a jornada da paciente do primeiro contato à fidelização, com atenção aos detalhes e às preferências de cada uma.
  • Fortalecer vínculos com pacientes ativas e inativas, contribuindo para a recorrência e a confiança na clínica
  • Manter postura discreta, ética e sigilosa em todos os contatos profissionais.

Apresentação da Proposta de Cuidado

  • A partir das 18h, assumir a apresentação dos planos de tratamento indicados pela médica às pacientes que saem da consulta.
  • Esclarecer dúvidas sobre procedimentos, protocolos e organização da agenda com segurança técnica e linguagem acessível.
  • Conduzir a paciente na compreensão das vantagens do plano completo de cuidado em relação ao tratamento fracionado.
  • Atuar sempre dentro da indicação médica, sem qualquer postura de venda ativa ou pressão sobre a paciente.

Apoio à Coordenação e Operação

  • Executar atividades delegadas pela coordenação: follow-up de pacientes, organização de listas de retorno, preparação de notas fiscais, cotações de material e documentos para pacientes
  • Acompanhar o status de pacientes que precisam retornar para continuidade de tratamento e organizar essa esteira com proatividade
  • Monitorar leads recebidos via WhatsApp, telefone e redes sociais, garantindo agilidade na resposta e organização das informações

Gestão da Agenda

  • Assumir os atendimentos telefônicos da clínica no período após as 18h
  • Gerenciar as agendas médicas no turno da noite, com confirmações, remarcações e encaixes
  • Atuar para reduzir falhas operacionais, melhorar o aproveitamento da agenda e garantir fluidez no atendimento

REQUISITOS PARA A VAGA

  • Experiência mínima de 4 anos em clínica médica de alto padrão — preferencialmente dermatologia, cirurgia vascular, estética ou áreas correlatas
  • Formação em estética, administração, secretariado e afins, será diferencial.
  • Vivência prévia em ambiente premium com paciente exigente e relacionamento de longo prazo
  • Domínio de rotinas administrativas e de gestão de agenda médica
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão de clínicas, WhatsApp Business, planilhas e ferramentas digitais
  • Comunicação verbal e escrita de excelência, com vocabulário sofisticado e postura profissional
  • Conhecimento prévio dos principais procedimentos dermatológicos e estéticos como dermatologia clínica, toxina botulínica, preenchimentos, bioestímulos, lasers e tratamentos para flacidez, manchas e rugas
  • Conhecimento prévio das principais ferramentas de IA disponíveis
  • Disponibilidade real para jornada de segunda a sexta com término às 22h

REMUNERAÇÃO E BENEFÍCIOS

  • Salário: R$ 5.000,00
  • Vale Refeição: R$ 41,00 p / dia
  • Vale Alimentação: R$ 320/mês

  • Plano de Saúde após experiência ( 3 meses)
