Werde Teil unseres Teams als Debitorenbuchhalter / Hauptbuchhalter (m/w/d) und unterstütze uns dabei, die Welt der Telekommunikation und Energy mitzugestalten!

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Überwachung, Kontierung und Verbuchung aller Zahlungseingänge
  • Durchführung des gesamten Mahnwesens sowie die Bonitätsprüfung von Kunden
  • Klärung von Differenzen und enge Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb
  • Abwicklung der laufenden Hauptbuchhaltung sowie Abstimmung der Sachkonten
  • Überwachung und Buchung von Rückstellungen, Rechnungsabgrenzungen und periodengerechten Abgrenzungen
  • Durchführung von Intercompany-Abstimmungen und Konsolidierungsschritten
  • Maßgebliche Mitwirkung und operative Vorbereitung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
  • Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen sowie Meldungen an Behörden und Ämter
  • Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater bei Prüfungen

Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau) mit Weiterbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter / Bilanzbuchhalter oder ein entsprechendes Studium
  • Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Debitoren- sowie der übergeordneten Hauptbuchhaltung eines Industrieunternehmens
  • Wünschenswert sind fundierte Kenntnisse mit dem ERP-System NetSuite
  • Abschlusssichere Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach HGB und im Steuerrecht
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, strukturierte Denkweise und hohe Termintreue
  • Eigenständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
