The posting

Our client, Latin America's first AI unicorn, backed by Sequoia, General Atlantic and Founders Fund, has exclusively retained Solutus Legal Search to assist in its search for a Litigation Partner. The company is building the operating system for corporate legal departments, using AI to power every stage of the litigation process while lawyers drive the strategy. Already trusted by many of the world's largest companies, it brought that approach to the U.S. and has strong momentum with clients, including Mag 7 companies. The company is now adding a senior litigator to play a central role in both its legal product and its client relationships.

In this role, you'll report directly to the Founder & CEO using your deep U.S. litigation expertise to understand clients’ needs and develop tailored solution proposals. You'll own several accounts, building trusted relationships with general counsel and senior legal executives and serving as their primary point of contact. By analyzing their litigation portfolios and diagnosing operational challenges, you'll identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and build compelling business cases. You'll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and commercial teams, you'll have high visibility with company leadership and the senior legal executives of major clients.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the company's U.S. litigation subject matter expert, leading meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their litigation dockets and develop tailored solutions
  • Apply your litigation expertise to translate complex legal requirements and client-specific litigation scenarios into tailored solution, defining use cases, workflow requirements, and measurable outcomes
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with legal decision-makers, developing a deep understanding of their litigation dockets, operational challenges, and priorities
  • Lead proof-of-concepts engagements tailored to each client’s litigation workflows, establishing success criteria and building business cases around efficiency, cost, and scalability
  • Partner with product and implementation teams to assess technical feasibility, scope integrations, and ensure proposed solutions address clients’ legal and operational requirements

The Ideal Candidate

This role is based in New York, in office full-time. Regular travel is expected for client meetings, typically short trips and day trips.

Compensation is designed to be highly competitive with top law firms, including a base salary of $300,000–$400,000, a guaranteed minimum annual bonus, and uncapped commission tied to new client revenue, plus a meaningful equity stake.

This is a terrific opportunity for an accomplished litigator to pivot into one of the most fascinating and fast-moving areas of law. AI is transforming how litigation is managed and defended, and this role sits at the center of that change. You'll join a leading global legal AI company at a pivotal moment, work directly with its founders, and help shape how companies approach litigation for years to come.

Solutus Legal Search has been exclusively retained for this search. Interested candidates, please submit resumes to [email protected] for consideration. Resumes submitted directly to our client will be forwarded to Solutus for review and evaluation. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?
