Als Senior Business Controller krijg je de ruimte om hierin mee te denken, mee te praten en mee te beslissen. Je werkt niet achter de schermen, maar midden in de organisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Je rapporteert aan de Manager Finance & Controlling en draagt direct bij aan de financiële sturing van de organisatie. In deze rol werk je aan:

  • Het analyseren van data en het vertalen daarvan naar heldere adviezen voor het management IT en Sales.
  • Het proactief ondersteunen van het management bij strategische beslissingen.
  • Het opstellen van budgetten en prognoses en het bewaken van de voortgang.
  • Het bespreken van periodieke resultaten en rapportages, waaronder de maandafsluiting, met het management.
  • Het signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden in financiële processen en het doorvoeren daarvan.
  • Het meebouwen aan betrouwbare data en inzichtelijke managementinformatie.
  • Betrokken bij diverse projecten ter verbetering van de business.

Jouw team

Je werkt in het team Finance & Controlling, dat bestaat uit negen professionals: twee Controllers waaronder jij, drie Financial Administrators, drie Billing-specialisten en een Manager Finance & Controlling. Deze vacature betreft een vervanging; het team blijft op sterkte. Het team draait het volledige order-to-cash- en procure-to-pay-proces. Er worden budgetten gemaakt die kloppen, forecasts die standhouden en rapportages waar het management daadwerkelijk iets aan heeft. Spreadsheets zijn een hulpmiddel, geen doel.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in een financiële richting.
  • Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring als Business Controller.
  • Je hebt ervaring als Business controller in IT opgedaan.
  • Sterke vaardigheden in financiële analyses, rapportages en Excel.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, op alle niveaus van de organisatie.
  • Kennis van Power BI, AFAS of ServiceNow.

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 6.000 en € 8.250 (bij 40 uur per week), afhankelijk van ervaring.
