Als erste*r Ansprechpartner:in bei Somana bist du das Gesicht unseres Gesundheitsstudios. Mit deiner freundlichen und professionellen Art sorgst du dafür, dass sich unsere Besucher:innen vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlen. Du organisierst Termine, hältst den Empfangsbereich in Schwung und unterstützt das Team dabei, einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen. Damit trägst du wesentlich zu einer positiven Atmosphäre für Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen bei.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Herzlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Kund:innen, Patient:innen und Gäste.
  • Selbstständige Planung, Koordination und Erinnerung von Terminen über unsere Verwaltungssoftware.
  • Bearbeitung von Telefon- und E-Mail-Anfragen, Annahme von Postsendungen.
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben: Mitgliederverwaltung, Rezeptannahme, Abrechnungsvorbereitung, Materialbestellung.
  • Organisation kleiner Events oder Info-Tage im Health-Club.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem interdisziplinären Team und Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft.

  • Du bringst Erfahrung am Empfang in einer medizinischen Einrichtung (z. B. Physiotherapie- oder Arztpraxis, Klinik, Gesundheitszentrum) oder in der Hotellerie mit.
  • Offenes, serviceorientiertes und freundliches Auftreten.
  • Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und ein gutes Gespür für Abläufe.
  • Teamgeist und eine positive Ausstrahlung.
