Jouw functie

Als systeembeheerder heb je een belangrijke rol binnen onze ICT-dienst. Samen met je collega combineer je het technisch beheer van de ICT-omgeving en neem je projectmatige eindverantwoordelijkheid bij het coördineren en opvolgen van ICT technische infrastructuur implementaties. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan een veilige, stabiele en betrouwbare IT-omgeving binnen een zorgcontext door mee onze service desk werking te ondersteunen en neem je deel aan de wachtregeling op avonden en zaterdagen. Repetitief of terugkerend werk binnen deze service werking stimuleert jou om niet enkel op te lossen, maar ook structurele verbeteringen voor te stellen.

Je bent niet alleen technisch sterk, maar denkt ook projectmatig en risicobewust. Met een analytische en risk assessment mindset detecteer je onderliggende oorzaken, signaleer je kwetsbaarheden en denk je mee over structurele en preventieve oplossingen.

In een omgeving waar met gevoelige persoonsgegevens wordt gewerkt, ga je bewust en zorgvuldig om met informatiebeveiliging en privacy.

Jouw takenpakket zal bestaan uit drie verschillende domeinen:

  • Technische projectleiding
  • Systeembeheer en infrastructuur
  • NIS2, risk awareness, cybersecurity en verbetering

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in een ICT-richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Ervaring met technische coördinatie of projectopvolging is belangrijk
  • Je hebt minimum 3 jaar praktische ervaring binnen systeembeheer waarbij een eerste ervaring met NIS2, CyberFundamentals en GDPR een troef is
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Windows 11, Linux, Microsoft 365, Active Directory & GPO’s, Printers, randapparatuur en VOIP, Netwerk- en systeembeheer & Cisco switchen, Centrale monitoring en beheersystemen
  • Je hebt affiniteit met cybersecurity, risicoanalyse en continuïteit
  • Je denkt analytisch en kijkt verder dan het symptoom van een probleem
  • Je bent empathisch, stressbestendig en kan je inleven in minder technische gebruikers
  • Je werkt graag samen, deelt kennis actief en draagt bij aan een positieve teamsfeer
  • Je bent leergierig: je verdiept je niet alleen in nieuwe tools, maar ook in processen, interne werking en complexe vraagstukken
  • Je voelt je thuis in een zorggerichte of maatschappelijke omgeving
