Zin om jouw IT-kennis in te zetten op een plek waar het écht telt?Bij Somedi ben jij als ICT Servicedesk Medewerker meer dan een anonieme helpdesk, jij bent een cruciale schakel in onze dagelijkse zorgverlening. Dankzij jouw inzet kunnen artsen, verpleegkundigen en administratieve collega’s efficiënt en vlot werken en dat maakt een wereld van verschil voor onze patiënten.

Wat ga je doen?

Als eerste aanspreekpunt voor ICT-vragen ondersteun je een brede groep interne klanten, van zorgpersoneel op de werkvloer en administratieve collega’s tot externe huisartsen, en helpt hen snel en efficiënt terug aan de slag, zowel op afstand als op locatie. Je denkt verder dan het oplossen van incidenten, je onderzoekt ook de onderliggende oorzaken en draagt bij aan duurzame ICT-oplossingen binnen de organisatie. Daarnaast werk je ook samen in teamverband aan projecten bij het uitwerken van zowel technische verbeteringen alsook toepassingsgerichte applicatie vragen.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je beantwoordt binnenkomende ICT-vragen via telefoon, e-mail en het servicedesk platform.
  • Je analyseert incidentmeldingen en lost ze zelfstandig op waar mogelijk. Indien nodig ondersteun je gebruikers ter plaatse.
  • Je documenteert je interventies en meldingen nauwkeurig en deelt je kennis met je collega’s.
  • Je volgt openstaande tickets proactief op en houdt de gebruikers op de hoogte.
  • Je denkt actief mee over optimalisaties binnen de servicedesk, o.a. via AI-ondersteuning.
  • Je draagt bij aan diverse ICT-projecten en wijzigingstrajecten.
  • Je bewaakt de informatiebeveiliging: cybersecurity en privacy staan bij jou steeds top of mind.

Daarnaast ondersteun je je collega's en neem je deel aan de wachtregeling op avonden en zaterdagen.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een opleiding op bachelorniveau in een ICT-richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Grondige kennis van Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, GPO’s, printers, VOIP-telefonie en centraal monitoringbeheer.
  • Idealiter 2 à 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Cybersecurity-bewustzijn: je weet hoe belangrijk informatiebeveiliging is binnen de zorg.
  • Analytisch denkvermogen: je kijkt verder dan de symptomen, zoekt actief naar structurele oorzaken en kan zelfstandig prioriteiten stellen.
  • Empathie, stressbestendigheid en communicatievaardigheden: je blijft rustig bij dringende meldingen, je voelt je comfortabel in een zorgomgeving met minder technische gebruikers en kan je communicatie aanpassen aan je gesprekspartner.
  • Teamwerk: je werkt graag samen en draagt actief bij aan een positieve werksfeer en kennisdeling.
  • Leergierigheid: je verdiept je graag in nieuwe toepassingen, processen en interne werking – jouw nieuwsgierigheid is je kracht.
