Für unser Data Team in Chur suchen wir per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Data Engineer (100%).

Du übernimmst die technische Verantwortung für unser Data Warehouse und entwickelst es gemeinsam mit dem Data Team zu einem Datenprodukt weiter, das im ganzen Unternehmen Wirkung zeigt.

  • Data Warehouse verantworten: Architektur, Struktur und Datenflüsse im Griff haben und laufend weiterentwickeln.
  • Tech Stack vorantreiben: Unsere Datenplattform auf Basis von Microsoft Fabric und Power BI ausbauen und neue Tools und Ansätze einbringen.
  • Robuste Lösungen entwickeln: Datenmodelle und Pipelines entwickeln, testen und nachvollziehbar dokumentieren.
  • Datenkultur prägen: Gemeinsam im Data Team datengetriebenes Arbeiten im Unternehmen und in den Abteilungen verankern.

Das bringst du mit – Persönlichkeit und Drive ------------------------------------------------

  • Fundierte Erfahrung in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing und Datenmodellierung, idealerweise mit Microsoft Fabric, Power BI oder vergleichbaren Tools.
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig: Saubere Datenmodelle, Tests und Dokumentation sind für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du arbeitest dich eigenständig in neue Themen ein und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Ergebnisse.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
  • Offenheit für ein breites Themenfeld und richtig Lust, ein starkes Datenprodukt aufzubauen.
