Requirements:

- Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK - Menguasai Microsoft Excel - Memiliki kemampuan analisis, problem solving, dan teliti dalam mengolah data -Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, dan interpersonal yang baik. -Mampu mengatur prioritas pekerjaan, melakukan monitoring, serta koordinasi pekerjaan tim untuk mencapai target. -Memiliki pengalaman sebagai admin di industri manufaktur menjadi nilai tambah.

Responsibilities:

- Bertanggung jawab dalam melakukan input, validasi, analisis, rekonsiliasi, dan monitoring data retur (customer return, sales return, dan supplier return) dari berbagai sumber seperti sistem, email, dan laporan operasional. - Berkoordinasi dengan tim Warehouse, Sales, serta departemen terkait untuk memastikan proses retur berjalan efektif dan tepat waktu. - Mengoordinasikan pekerjaan operator retur, termasuk pembagian prioritas pekerjaan, monitoring penyelesaian tugas, serta memastikan proses administrasi dilakukan sesuai prosedur dan target yang ditetapkan. - Memberikan arahan dan pendampingan kepada operator terkait proses retur serta membantu menyelesaikan kendala operasional sehari-hari.
