C'est dans cet environnement à taille humaine, porté par l'exigence pédagogique et des équipes engagées, que nous cherchons notre futur(e) Chargé(e) de Direction : véritable pilier entre les équipes, les familles et la direction opérationnelle. VOS RESPONSABILITES1. Accueil & relation avec les familles• Garantir un accueil bienveillant, sécurisant et individualisé• Accompagner chaque enfant dans le respect de son rythme et de ses besoins• Construire une relation de confiance, transparente et régulière avec les familles• Élaborer des projets contribuant à l'éveil et au développement global des enfants2. Pilotage pédagogique• Mettre en œuvre le CRN et les Concepts d'Actions généraux de la structure• Être le référent pédagogique et réglementaire de la structure• Mobiliser équipes et familles autour du projet éducatif• Garantir une offre intégrant les 7 champs d'action et les exigences qualité du SNJ3. Gestion administrative & financière• Piloter le taux de remplissage dans le respect des agréments MENJE• Gérer le budget pédagogique et assurer le suivi des contrats et dossiers• Veiller au respect des normes réglementaires et d'hygiène (HACCP, registre sécurité…)• Assurer le pointage et les tâches administratives via les outils en place (Kidola…)4. Management des équipes• Encadrer, fédérer et faire grandir une équipe pluridisciplinaire• Piloter recrutements, intégrations, formations et évaluations• Assurer la communication entre la Direction et les équipes• Gérer les situations de médiation et être l'ambassadeur(drice) Rockids en interne comme en externe VOTRE PROFILLes indispensables· Bachelor/Master en éducation spécialisée ou Bachelor/Master éducateur gradué ou Diplôme universitaire en sciences sociales / pédagogie / psychologie de l'enfant.· Diplômes reconnus équivalents par le Luxembourg• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience, dont 1,5 an auprès d'enfants (0–12 ans)• Expérience réussie en management d'équipe• Connaissance du cadre réglementaire luxembourgeois• Qualification Bachelor / Master appréciée selon la structureVos atouts• Leadership naturel et sens des responsabilités• Excellentes qualités de communication et d'écoute• Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d'initiative• Maîtrise des outils informatiques• Multilinguisme, un vrai plus !
