Description du poste

Le Business Analyst Finance SAP (H/F) aura pour principal challenge de réaliser et de soutenir les solutions SI qui répondent aux besoins métier de son domaine de prédilection, la Finance, sur un scope international.

A ce titre, vous serez amené à travailler avec vos collègues des différents départements de la DSI, vos partenaires fonctionnels et nos partenaires externes (notamment notre intégrateur).

Votre périmètre d’intervention sera centré sur notre Programme de transformation visant à digitaliser, simplifier et harmoniser l’ensemble de nos processus d’entreprise.

Vous serez amené à participer à des projets variés :

  • "Roll out" : déploiement de SAP dans de nouvelles entités
  • Mises en conformité réglementaires tels que du e-invoicing ou e-reproting
  • Amélioration continue pour maintenir une solution Core Model au plus proche des standards

Qualifications

Compétences :

Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en tant que consultant, SME ou Business Analyst sur la solution SAP (idéalement S4 Hana) pour les domaines FI & CO.

Connaissance approfondie de SAP : Maîtrise du paramétrage des modules FI ou CO et de l’intégration avec les autres modules SAP (MM, SD).

Compréhension du cycle de vie ERP/projet : bien connaître les étapes d’un déploiement ERP (du cadrage, à la configuration, au test, jusqu’au déploiement et au support) - expériences probantes de projet déploiement ERP End to End.

Connaissance des processus métiers de la finance : comprendre les processus de l’entreprise autour de la comptabilité et du controling dans un contexte industriel.

Comprendre et formaliser les besoins : savoir analyser, structurer en vue de rédiger des besoins métier pour leur traduction dans le système ERP.

Esprit d’analyse et sens critique : capacité à comprendre les besoins en profondeur, solliciter et interagir avec les parties prenantes pour poser les bonnes questions et challenger les demandes pour proposer des solutions pertinentes.

Rigueur et adaptabilité : précision dans l’exécution et la formalisation des livrables (description besoin, cahier de tests, scénario) & adaptabilité face aux changements de priorités, de direction.

Anglais courant.

Informations supplémentaires

Localisation : Cluses, ou double rattachement Cluses/Annecy

Télétravail : 2 jours par semaine en moyenne (90 jours par an) une fois la période d'intégration terminée.
