Descrizione del lavoro

Scopo della posizione è analizzare e definire la fattibilità industriale dei prodotti sviluppando i processi produttivi per la loro realizzazione.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Partecipa a tutte le fasi dello sviluppo prodotto/processo, prendendo parte a tutti i riesami tecnici di progetto;
  • Analizza, definisce e gestisce lo sviluppo/modifiche dei processi e degli impianti produttivi: cicli operativi e relativi tempi, bordo linea (layout) e indirizzi dei materiali sui bordo linea, flussi, polmonature dei materiali, modalità di gestione (Kanban, OF) per ogni componente, attrezzature associate alle postazioni di lavoro;
  • Definisce i capitolati tecnici (CDC) delle macchine di produzione e dei posti di lavoro;
  • Esegue le analisi di produttività e il pay-back degli impianti e delle attrezzature di produzione;
  • Definisce e coordina le fasi, interne ed esterne, dalla progettazione alla validazione degli impianti;
  • Definisce e cura l’ergonomia dei posti di lavoro;
  • Analizza e definisce gli imballi dei componenti e le quantità dei componenti per ogni imballo e la codifica nel gestionale;
  • Verifica periodicamente i tempi ciclo e ne gestisce le derivazioni;
  • Analizza e definisce in collaborazione con la qualità di processo i controlli di processo da inserire sui cicli operativi;
  • Cura la formazione interna/esterna per i nuovi prodotti/processi o per le modifiche prodotto;
  • Provvede alla predisposizione di rapporti periodici da sottoporre al proprio responsabile, sullo stato di avanzamento delle attività assegnate;
  • Assicura e attua le prescrizioni del Sistema Qualità aziendale per quanto di propria competenza;
  • Garantisce l’archiviazione e la rintracciabilità dei documenti di Area.

Qualifiche

  • Diploma o Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico elettronico;
  • Conoscenza sistemi produttivi e processi industriali;
  • Conoscenze di Tempi & Metodi;
  • Inglese (B2);
  • Conoscenza delle logiche Lean, 5S, Kanban,VSM (Value Stream Mapping);
  • Conoscenze informatiche: Office Automation, Excel;
  • Conoscenza di strumenti di progettazione elettronica (Autocad 2D), conoscenza di Creo/Solidworks (preferenziale);
  • Lettura di disegno tecnico.
