Description du poste

Vous aurez pour mission de qualifier, développer et garantir un panel fournisseurs capable de répondre aux besoins du Groupe et à sa stratégie, d’un point de vue technique et en adéquation avec nos exigences quant au mode de fonctionnement.

Activités

  • Définir et agréer le mode de fonctionnement entre le fournisseur et le groupe Somfy
  • Participer activement au développement de la base fournisseur de la commodité Achats
  • Réaliser les audits de qualification des nouveaux fournisseurs au panel
  • Participer de façon active à la co-construction de la stratégie / tactique de la commodité
  • Supporter, si nécessaire, les équipes usines et projet pour la résolution de problème et l’amélioration continue des fournisseurs
  • Réaliser des programmes de développement fournisseurs
  • Piloter les retours d’expériences sites de manière à capitaliser en interne comme en externe
  • Maintenir la base fournisseur au niveau attendu par Somfy
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue métier

Qualifications

Vous possédez une rigueur analytique et expertise technique.Vous adoptez une approche analytique approfondie (recherche d’informations, validation des données) et maîtrisez les outils et méthodes clés (8D, statistiques, plans d’expériences). Vous maîtrisez les étapes du process et des paramètres critiques en technologie des pièces injection plastique.

Vous avez une vision transverse des métiers et interface externe (clients / fournisseurs) : comprendre les différents métiers et fonctions de l’entreprise (production, qualité, industrialisation, supply chain…), ainsi que leurs interactions avec les partenaires externes (fournisseurs, clients).

Vous avez un leadership affirmé et êtes à l'aise avec la prise de décision à fort enjeu : capacité à exercer un leadership assertif en challengeant les différents niveaux de l’organisation, tout en prenant des décisions à fort impact dans un environnement exigeant.

Vous possédez une excellente communication transverse et savez user de pédagogie.

Vous maîtrisez l'anglais pour un usage quotidien.
