Description du poste

Au sein du département Amélioration continue du site de Cluses vous aurez la charge d’assister le Coordinateur Lean site. Votre fil rouge sera la consolidation de la performance du site au travers de chantiers Lean, ainsi que le suivi de l’audit interne SPS (SOMFY PERFORMANCE SYSTEME).

Rattaché(e) au Coordinateur Lean du Site, vous aurez comme missions :

  • Accompagner les équipes locales dans la réalisation de leur Self audit SPS et à sa déclinaison en Plan d’action. Participer au reporting mensuel sur son avancement
  • Participer activement à l’audit SPS du Site de Cluses.
  • Analyser les KPI de production
  • En fonction des symptômes, causes et remèdes,
  • Proposer des plans d’action
  • Animer des groupes de travail
  • Proposer, participer et animer des chantiers d’amélioration type 5S, Hoshin, SMED, VSM avec les équipes usines
  • Analyser les KPI de production post-chantier, qualifier les gains et construire un retour d’expérience sur lequel appuyer les prochaines missions
  • Participer aux évaluations annuelles de l’usine et à la construction du plan d’action associé

Qualifications

Etudiant(e) en école d’Ingénieur (2eme ou 3eme année), en Master spécialisé ou en dernière année de BUT Production/ industrialisation, vous êtes sensible au monde de la production, vous avez des notions en LEAN et vous souhaitez intégrer une entreprise dynamique et multiculturelle.

Connaissances techniques :

  • Maîtrise du Pack Office
  • Connaissances sur le LEAN (démarche et outils)
  • Conduite et gestion de projet
  • Conduite du changement
  • La maîtrise d’un outil « BI » serait un plus

  • Savoir travailler en mode transverse et dans un environnement multiculturel
