Pour assurer le développement de notre site industriel implanté en Tunisie, Somfy Zriba, (1100 personnes), située à Zriba Hammam, Gouvernorat de Zaghouan, nous recherchons:

Description du poste

  • Assurer les contrôles qualité des matières premières, des produits en cours de fabrication et des produits finis conformément aux plans de contrôle et aux spécifications.
  • Effectuer les analyses selon les procédures, méthodes et plans de contrôle établis, Identifier et signaler les résultats non conformes et participer à leur investigation.
  • Participer à la gestion quotidienne du laboratoire de contrôle qualité et à la réalisation des analyses
  • Enregistrer, documenter et assurer la traçabilité des résultats d'analyses.
  • Une bonne connaissance du SPC -Maîtrise Statistique des Procédés (étude statistique),
  • Assurer le respect des procédures de laboratoire, des règles HSE et des bonnes pratiques
  • Capacité à rédiger des rapports clairs et précis sur les non-conformités.
  • Veiller au bon fonctionnement, à l'entretien et à la vérification des équipements de laboratoire.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes interne de la société : Production, Qualité, technique, métrologie, GMM ainsi avec les fournisseurs

Qualifications

  • Diplôme de Technicien, Licence ou équivalent, idéalement en métrologie ou génie mécanique, qualité ou domaine similaire
  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans service qualité.
  • Une expérience dans les secteurs industrie assemblage, mécanique, électromécanique
  • Bonne connaissance des techniques d'analyse et de contrôle qualité en laboratoire.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment Excel, connaissance du “SAP” pour la gestion de stock
  • Rigueur, précision et sens de l'organisation.
  • Esprit d'analyse et capacité à travailler en équipe, Aisance relationnelle, discrétion et respect de la confidentialité
  • Bon niveau de français et de l'anglais.
  • Curiosité et volonté d'apprendre·
  • Réactivité et sens des priorités·
