Als Technical Consultant combineer je jouw inzicht in bedrijfsprocessen met je technische expertise. Je analyseert de noden van onze klanten en vertaalt die naar slimme, werkbare oplossingen binnen Odoo. Van functionele analyse en solution design tot configuratie, ontwikkeling en oplevering: jij neemt het volledige traject mee in handen en zorgt ervoor dat business en technologie naadloos op elkaar aansluiten.

Dit ga je doen

  • Analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen en klantbehoeften en vertalen naar concrete functionele en technische oplossingen binnen Odoo
  • Begeleiden van analyseworkshops, uitvoeren van fit/gap-analyses en uitwerken van een doordacht solution design
  • Configureren van Odoo-modules en ontwikkelen van maatwerkfunctionaliteiten in Python waar nodig
  • Bouwen van integraties en koppelingen en uitwerken van een performante, onderhoudsvriendelijke technische architectuur
  • Analyseren van databronnen, begeleiden van datamigraties en bewaken van de volledigheid en correctheid van gegevens
  • Testen en valideren van oplossingen en bewaken van de kwaliteit van analyse tot oplevering
  • Demonstreren van functionaliteiten aan klanten, begeleiden van key-users tijdens het testen en verzorgen van gerichte opleidingen en documentatie voor een vlotte ingebruikname
  • Nauw samenwerken met developers om elk project tot een goed einde te brengen

Jij biedt

  • Een bachelor of master in een economische of IT-richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring in functionele analyse, softwareontwikkeling of een vergelijkbare functie waarin business en IT samenkomen
  • Een goed inzicht in bedrijfsprocessen en de vaardigheid om functionele noden te vertalen naar concrete oplossingen
  • Een sterke technische basis, met kennis van objectgeoriënteerd programmeren en bij voorkeur ervaring met Python en applicatieframeworks
  • Interesse in ERP-systemen en bij voorkeur ervaring met Odoo of een ander ERP-platform
  • Een analytische en gestructureerde aanpak, met oog voor kwaliteit, performantie en gebruiksvriendelijkheid
  • De zelfstandigheid om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen over je oplossingen en het initiatief om verbeteringen voor te stellen
  • Een vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels en het talent om technische zaken helder uit te leggen aan klanten en collega’s
