Descripción del Puesto

El Gerente de Distribución tendrá como misión liderar, desarrollar y optimizar las unidades de negocio asignadas de distribución de la compañía, garantizando la eficiencia en la gestión de planificación y operación logística.

Responsabilidades y Actividades

Liderazgo y Gestión

  • Tendrá como misión liderar, desarrollar y optimizar las unidades de negocio asignadas de distribución de la compañía, garantizando la eficiencia en la gestión de planificación y operación logística.
  • Liderar y gestionar el equipo asignado (equipo de 25 personas), brindando orientación, capacitación y soporte para garantizar un alto desempeño y desarrollo profesional.
  • Contribuir al desarrollo integral del negocio con una perspectiva sistémica y estratégica.

Atención al Cliente y Colaboración Interdepartamental

  • Garantizar la resolución oportuna y efectiva sobre los requerimientos de los clientes.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos para desarrollar modelos de ruteo, diseño de redes y atención que garanticen un enfoque coherente del servicio al cliente.
  • Identificar áreas de mejora en los procesos de atención al cliente e implementar estrategias para mejorar la eficiencia.
  • Analizar los reclamos y solicitudes de los clientes para identificar tendencias y áreas de mejora del servicio.

Optimización Operativa y Planificación

  • Velar por la correcta configuración de la red, generando los controles y revisiones necesarias para lograr la mayor eficiencia operativa.
  • Impulsar iniciativas para la planificación de la capacidad, la expansión de los servicios y la mejora de la experiencia del cliente a través de estrategias logísticas optimizadas.
  • Desarrollar un enfoque de reducción de costos, mejora de tiempos, cumplimiento de estándares de servicio y sostenibilidad, asegurando la continuidad operativa y la satisfacción de clientes.

Gestión Financiera y de Riesgos

  • Desarrollar y gestionar presupuestos logísticos, optimizando costos y maximizando la rentabilidad.
  • Identificar y gestionar riesgos logísticos, implementando planes de mitigación y mejora continua.
  • Desarrollar e implementar indicadores clave (KPI) para medir el desempeño del equipo y la satisfacción del cliente.

Perfil del Candidato

Formación Académica:

  • Ingeniero Industrial, Licenciado en Logística o Licenciado en Administración de Empresas.

Experiencia:

  • Mínimo 5 años en industrias de Consumo Masivo, Retail o Ecommerce, con roles de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
  • Experiencia en planeación estratégica aplicada a logística y operaciones.

Requisitos Personales:

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial en la Zona Norte.

Lugar de trabajo

El Gerente de Distribución alternará funciones en las sedes de la empresa en Don Torcuato y Pilar

Modalidad

100% presencial

Horario

Lunes a Viernes, de 9:00hs a 18:00hs
