Objetivo da posição

Gerenciar e desenvolver a carteira de clientes da Global, garantindo uma experiência positiva, proximidade no relacionamento, eficiência operacional e geração de resultados, com foco em retenção, satisfação e expansão de negócios.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Gerenciar a carteira de clientes, acompanhando indicadores, resultados e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Conduzir onboarding, treinamentos, reuniões de acompanhamento e apresentações de resultados.
  • Atuar preventivamente na identificação de riscos, insatisfação e oportunidades de retenção e expansão.
  • Acompanhar demandas operacionais e financeiras, conectando clientes às áreas internas para garantir agilidade e qualidade nas entregas.
  • Analisar indicadores de performance e propor planos de ação para melhoria dos resultados.
  • Manter registros, atividades e planos de ação atualizados no CRM.

Perfil desejado

  • Boa comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e capacidade de negociação.
  • Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo e orientado a resultados.
  • Senso de responsabilidade, autonomia e colaboração com diferentes áreas.
  • Visão de negócio e capacidade de transformar dados e necessidades dos clientes em ações práticas.
  • Facilidade para lidar com prioridades, resolver problemas e construir relacionamentos de longo prazo.

Diferenciais: experiência em Customer Success, gestão de carteira B2B, CRM e análise de indicadores.
