O desafio da posição

Mais do que gerenciar uma equipe de vendas, buscamos uma liderança capaz de estruturar, direcionar e acelerar a estratégia comercial, conectando pessoas, processos, indicadores e oportunidades de mercado.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Liderar e desenvolver a equipe comercial B2B, estabelecendo direcionamento, metas, prioridades e rotina de gestão;
  • Construir e executar a estratégia comercial em conjunto com a Diretoria;
  • Identificar oportunidades de crescimento, novos mercados, segmentos e possibilidades de expansão da carteira;
  • Estruturar e aprimorar processos, metodologias e indicadores da área comercial;
  • Garantir o atingimento das metas de vendas, receita e crescimento;
  • Gerenciar o funil comercial e acompanhar indicadores de performance por meio do CRM;
  • Aumentar a previsibilidade do pipeline, acompanhando conversão, ciclo de vendas, oportunidades e forecast;
  • Desenvolver estratégias para aquisição de novos clientes e expansão das contas existentes;
  • Acompanhar negociações estratégicas e apoiar o fechamento de oportunidades de maior complexidade;
  • Desenvolver o time por meio de acompanhamento, feedback, treinamento e gestão de performance;
  • Definir metas individuais e coletivas alinhadas aos objetivos do negócio;
  • Tomar decisões relacionadas à estrutura e composição do time, considerando performance, competências e necessidades do negócio;
  • Apresentar à Diretoria análises de performance comercial, pipeline, receitas, projeções e planos de ação;
  • Atuar de forma integrada com outras áreas para transformar inteligência de mercado em oportunidades comerciais.

O que buscamos

  • Formação superior em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Tecnologia da Informação, Marketing, Economia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência consistente em liderança de equipes comerciais B2B;
  • Vivência na construção e execução de estratégias de crescimento e vendas;
  • Experiência com vendas consultivas e negociações com diferentes níveis hierárquicos;
  • Domínio da gestão de pipeline, forecast, metas e indicadores comerciais;
  • Experiência com CRM e utilização de dados para tomada de decisão;
  • Capacidade de estruturar processos e implementar melhorias na operação comercial;
  • Forte capacidade de negociação, influência e relacionamento;
  • Visão de negócio, orientação para resultados e capacidade analítica;
  • Capacidade de desenvolver pessoas e construir equipes de alta performance.
