Atribuições

Realizar acompanhamento de ligações;

Elaborar script de atendimentos conforme solicitação;

Realizar feedback de ligações para a equipe;

Realizar acompanhamento e apresentação de resultado para Supervisão.

Requisitos e Qualificações

Ensino médio completo;

Experiência com atendimento ao cliente;

Conhecimento pacote office nível intermediário;

Rotinas de cobrança;

Técnicas em vendas;

Relacionamento com clientes.
