Sobre a vaga:

Estamos em busca de um Analista de Recursos Humanos para integrar nosso time e atuar de forma estratégica na área de RH da empresa. O profissional será responsável por auxiliar em processos de recrutamento e seleção, cargos e salários, treinamento e desenvolvimento, avaliação de desempenho e demais atividades relacionadas à gestão de pessoas.

Responsabilidades:

  • Participar ativamente nos processos de recrutamento e seleção end-to-end;
  • Realizar integração de novos funcionários;
  • Aplicar política de Cargos e Salários e atualizações necessárias;
  • Administrar controle de frequência e ponto de colaboradores;
  • Suporte no controle e operação de benefícios dos colaboradores;
  • Elaborar e aplicar treinamentos e programas de desenvolvimento profissional;
  • Auxiliar na avaliação de desempenho dos colaboradores;
  • Manter atualizados os registros e documentos relacionados à área de RH;
  • Conduzir a Pesquisa de Clima Organizacional, consolidando resultados e propondo planos de ação;
  • Participar de projetos e iniciativas de endomarketing;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das legislações trabalhistas e normas internas da empresa;
  • Propor e analisar indicadores e políticas de RH.

Requisitos:

  • Formação em Gestão de RH, Administração, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência prévia na área de Recursos Humanos e com o sistema TOTVS RH Protheus.
  • Conhecimento em Excel.
  • Capacidade de se comunicar de forma clara e eficiente.
  • Organização e proatividade no desempenho das atividades.
