对公司BU线和相关业务模块提供专业的财经支持和风险管控，包括： 1. 深入参与BU端经营活动，理解业务实质，根据公司战略规划、业务规划、BU端和业务模块需求及财务管理需求，建立数据监控体系，与BU线及各业务部门共建关键指标体系，通过数字化、系统化的手段，高效提供相应的业务关键指标数据，及时反应业务异常促进公司业务有序发展； 2. 为公司、各BU线和相关业务模块经营者提供专业的经营分析支持，包括但不限于周度、月度、季度、年度的经营分析数据数据支持，定期提供专业报告、业务改善与管理决策建议； 3. 协助编制各类财务数据模型，提供多方位的分析结果，包含损益测算、利润测算、成本核算、价格分析、周转分析等方面，支持BU端持续经营改善，并配合业务负责人持续追踪结果达成； 4. 参与到BU端产品全生命周期管理、供应链备补货流程、新品推新上市等业务环节，并在过程中提出改善意见、优化流程与相关的财务模型； 5. 参与到公司对BU及各平台支撑部门的财务管控工作中，制定合理的财务类关键指标，并追踪目标值的达成。

1.统招本科及以上学历，经济类、企业管理类、财务类、国际贸易类相关专业 2.五年以上规模企业财务类、经营类岗位工作经验或具备销售财务、营运资金管控、库存管理、产品管理等相关工作经验优先。

专业知识/技能/软件 1.具备基础财会知识、英语六级通过。 2.对数据敏感，有业务思维，有较强的数据处理、数据分析能力。 3.熟练使用Excel、FineBi、Tableau或PowerBi等各类统计、数据分析工具。 4.内外部沟通能力强，学习能力强，推动执行能力强。 5.有跨境电商行业/出口贸易型企业/零售业/制造业财务BP相关工作经验、财务预算管理相关经验者优先。
