1、本科及以上学历，英语流利可作为工作语言，有海外留学/生活经历者优先； 2、3年及以上跨境平台运营经验，1年及以上销售团队管理经验，熟悉平台运营逻辑、渠道运营或KA管理； 3、逻辑与数据分析能力强，对市场敏感，具备强目标感、结果导向及抗压能力。 擅长资源整合、项目推进及商务谈判，具备团队管理能力，能够激励赋能、凝聚团队并带队拿结果。 5、加分项（非必须）：有 Walmart / Wayfair / Canadian Tire / Home Depot 加拿大平台经验优先。
