1，学历要求：国内外一流大学本科及以上学历，金融、经济、会计、商科等相关专业优先； 2，经验要求：5-10年资本市场相关工作经验，5年以上上市公司投资者关系、证券事务、投行/券商研究等同岗经验，具备A股上市投关实操经验者优先。 3，技能技巧要求：精通财务分析、估值建模与境内外上市规则，具备优秀的中英文双语沟通、演讲与谈判能力，文字功底扎实；拥有敏锐的合规风控意识、优秀的团队管理与跨部门协同能力，能高效应对资本市场各类场景。 4，职业素质要求：工作严谨负责，保密意识与职业操守强，抗压能力突出，具备优秀的应急处理能力与商务素养。 5，证书加持：证券从业资格为基础要求，董秘资格证、CFA、CPA、法律职业资格等证书为重要加分项。
