1、负责亚马逊站内广告投放，筛选精准关键词，优化既有的广告结构，管理平台多种广告活动，监控广告效果，提高转化； 2、充分合理利用Amazon站内自动、手动、品牌广告，规划广告投放战略，扩大产品曝光量，增加流量，控制和降低Acos，提升销量； 3、结合广告报告，进行分析，输出广告效果报告，向运营提出数据报告和优化建议；及时发现广告异常情况并分析优化； 4、研究竞对的广告策略，学习竞对的广告技巧，输出分析报告和优化措施，保障销售目标的实现； 5、了解行业动态，学习平台的广告知识和新功能，根据市场变化做出相应的调整；使用新的广告活动，进行广告测试，输出测试结果并进行培训和推广。

1.2年以上亚马逊广告投放经验，且精通亚马逊营销策划，广告投放，流量分配逻辑； 2.有独立做站内营销方案的能力，从方案到执行到对销售结果负责。 3.有大型营销活动（如黑五网一）流量策划及策略性打造爆品经验； 4.较强的数据分析能力和用户洞察能力，善于从平台及竞品数据中发掘问题，明确下一步运营策略。 5.具有良好的沟通能力，较强的资源整合能力和业务推进能力。 协助中台营销COE形成站内营销方法论； 6.及时关注Amazon最新规则和政策，总结和分享亚马逊未来趋势，助力业务提前布局。
