1. 本科及以上，统计/计算机/经济等相关专业；2年+跨境电商经验，5年+数据分析经验。 2. 精通 Excel（Power Query）、Power BI（DAX、数据建模），具备BI报表0‑1搭建经验。 3. 精通SQL，可独立处理复杂数据，具备良好数据建模思维。 4. 熟悉跨境电商，亚马逊经验优先，能主动发现解决业务问题；产供销全链路经验优先。 5. 有 AI Agent、大模型落地实践优先，懂 Prompt、低代码智能体搭建更佳。 6. 自驱主动，具备较强跨部门沟通及项目推进能力。
