职位描述 1. 负责欧美电商平台产品的整体视觉营销设计策划与设计实现，根据不同的需求，给出合理可行的设计方案，并运用专业能力把控素材整体设计风格和质量； 2. 整合内外部设计资源，以创意视觉手段建立产品与客户之间的联系； 3. 对欧美家居市场进行分析，精准把控并挖掘用户需求，找到准确创意点，在欧美市场渠道进行产品营销视觉内容设计推进； 4. 对已产出的视觉结果进行复盘。思考提出有效改进意见，制定和维护设计规范标准；

1. 专业不限，3-5年以上跨境电商行业产品营销视觉内容设计经验，熟练使用相关AI工具提升工作效率； 2. 欧美本土化审美，熟悉家居与家具类产品品类，具备营销思维，能够结合欧美市场与公司运营销售情况进行产品视觉营销方向分析，有成熟产品营销视觉设计案例； 3. 有多个视觉营销成熟案例，沟通能力强，主动性强，学习能力强，具备英语阅读与沟通能力； 4. 拥有极强的团队资源组织能力，跨部门沟通协调能力，拥有项目管理经验； 5. 服务过国内知名跨境品牌企业或海外留学与生活经验者优先；
