1、本科及以上学历，英语四级及以上。有海外留学经历者优先，有英语/法语/德语/意大利语/西班牙语小语种能力者优先； 2、有Amazon、wayfair、ebay、wish、shopee、速卖通等跨境B2C电商平台经验，或天猫、淘宝、京东、苏宁等国内电商平台经验，或独立站、线下实体销售经验者优先； 3、抗压力强，上进心强，良好的沟通表达和逻辑思维能力，对数据敏感，结果导向； 4、对跨境电商有浓厚的兴趣和激情，工作积极主动，有良好的团队合作精神。
