  • Maintain knowledge of LIS workflows, laboratory operations, regulatory requirements, and system functionality to support evolving business needs.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience supporting Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), healthcare IT applications, clinical systems, or related technology platforms.
  • Working knowledge of LIS configuration, laboratory workflows, test dictionaries, provider and clinic setup, and application build methodologies.
  • Experience supporting system testing, validation, change management, implementation activities, and production support environments preferred.
  • Understanding of regulated healthcare or laboratory environments, including the importance of documentation accuracy, data integrity, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage assigned work independently, prioritize competing demands, communicate effectively, and escalate issues appropriately.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
