The posting

Sony Music Entertainment, recherche un.e juriste junior F/H au sein de son service Business Affairs, Pôle Acquisition.

Dans le cadre de votre stage, vous participez aux missions suivantes :

  • Rédaction et négociation contractuelle de contrats liés à la production musicale
  • Suivi de projets/productions d’albums en relation avec l’équipe BA, l’équipe artistique label et les tiers
  • Analyse et préparation de résumés concernant certaines caractéristiques des contrats principaux du pôle Acquisition
  • Suivi administratif : mise en signature et diffusion des contrats, mise en paiement des avances
  • Formation aux contrats du disque et leur économie, apprentissage des pratiques juridiques du secteur

Profil recherché :

  • Vous êtes en Master de Droit avec spécialisation en Propriété Intellectuelle/Propriété Littéraire et Artistique ou en école d’avocats
  • Vous êtes rigoureux.se, organisé.e et autonome.
  • Vous avez une aisance relationnelle et rédactionnelle
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l’outil informatique (Word et Excel)
  • L’anglais est indispensable

Durée, lieu et période du stage :

  • Durée : 6 mois (avec convention de stage obligatoire), stage à temps complet (35h/semaine)
  • Début : janvier 2027

Indemnités de stage :

  • Minimum légal (693€ bruts par mois) + Remboursement à 50% des frais de transport + Titres restaurant
